We deliberately design our web app for guest devices somewhat differently than a smart TV app. Striking Story Telling is especially suitable for TVs, but less for Smart Phones. The app on the most important guest companion is primarily intended to support interactive services before and during your stay. Here, the functions range from remote check in and room service to room control. Of course, the direct chat channel to your hotel should always be in view.


In-Room Tablet

When does it make sense to use it? If you have a mixed operation of Smart TVs and Stand Alone TVs, but want to provide all guests with the same digital services, i.e. apps. In suites or apartments, where the guest should find the digital hotel services in every room. Or in all rooms, if you want to act with a purely digital guest folder. You can choose the models freely from the market, as long as the devices have a "kiosk mode".

Concierge Screen

Use well-frequented places in your hotel to provide guests with up-to-date information. The easiest way is to use a concierge screen with touch operation. This allows you to place your current F&B highlights or help your guests with current traffic information. The Concierge Screen is particularly interesting as a beamer solution or as a door screen in front of the conference room.


Guest Welcome

When you use an In-Room Tablet, it behaves identically to Smart TV. The guest is greeted individually in his or her own language the first time he or she enters the room. The first impression counts especially!


In-House Marketing

An In-Room Tablet also serves as an important communication channel to the guest. In addition to the multimedia messages, it is also possible to set promotions on the portal screen - here, too, the function is equivalent to Smart TV. Sales campaigns are controlled via our multi-screen marketing tool.


Messenger Dialog

With our Unified Guest Messenger Tool, guests can open a direct dialogue with their preferred messenger, such as WhatsApp, Facebook & Co., at any time. The LET'S CHAT 24/7 label with the corresponding mobile number should therefore always be visible on the portal screen.

Room Control

The younger generation of hotel guests loves to control everything and everyone with their smartphone. The complete room control is therefore of course an important component of the Guest Mobile App - and thus capable of making changes to lighting conditions or climate at any time.


Remote Control

Control everything and everyone in the room with your smartphone - this of course also includes the remote control of the TV. This is also available as an app, adapted to the respective manufacturer model.

mc³ & Third Party Apps

In some cases we engage in partnerships, especially when it comes to the Mobile Check In function. Here we simply integrate the respective Partner App into our Messenger Dialog. If you do not use the mc³ Door Locking System, you can also integrate the corresponding Partner App.


Get the Mobile App

How do guests get their hands on your personalized app? Immediately after the reservation you can offer this interactive service to the guest in dialogue. In the room, you simply use a QR Code photograph from the TV or link your device to the High-Speed Internet Login.
