These products are designed solely for professional and commercial applications. Use in private households is expressly excluded.

The proper treatment, recovery, and disposal of returned equipment are provided free of charge to the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the transportation costs to the designated return location.

3. Independent Disposal by the Commercial End User

Commercial end users may alternatively arrange disposal through a certified initial treatment facility in accordance with Section 21 ElektroG.

In this case, the customer is required to provide proof of proper disposal (e.g., a disposal certificate or material flow documentation) so that we can fulfill our reporting obligations towards the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Register Foundation (EAR Foundation).

3. Treatment and Recovery

All returned equipment is transferred exclusively to a certified initial treatment facility pursuant to Section 21 ElektroG.

The treatment facility ensures:

  • Proper treatment and dismantling
  • Environmentally compliant recycling and recovery
  • Preparation of legally required material flow documentation

All costs associated with disposal and recycling are borne entirely by the manufacturer.

4. Responsibility

As the manufacturer, mc³ media competence AG assumes full responsibility for compliance with all obligations under Section 19 ElektroG, including:

  • Collection and take-back of end-of-life equipment
